03 Age Verification & Eligibility

399bot may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence for age verification purposes. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete. You must also be legally eligible to use online gaming services in your country of residence.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

399bot currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as bank transfers. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50 (fifty taka).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).

All betting activity on 399bot is governed by our established rules. Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled; however, 399bot reserves the right to void bets under certain exceptional circumstances.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across accounts ("arbing") is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the outcome of the bet will be determined based on server logs.
• If an event in Sports Betting is cancelled or postponed, the staked amount will be refunded.

10 Account Closure & Suspension
